We hand foraged the dandelions from our own back yard, as organic as it can come! While my neighbors are out doing everything they can to have dandelion-free lawns, we are relishing the sight of these golden beauties.

Dandelions are common flowering plants found in many parts of the world, and they have been used in traditional herbal medicine for various purposes. Dandelion salve is believed to have several potential healing properties, despite it being seen as a common weed.

In some magical belief systems, the dandelion is associated with growth and transformation – after all, a few dandelion flowers soon turn into hundreds of seeds waiting to travel around the neighborhood, repopulating other yards.
