Returns & Exchanges

Ravenback Supply Co. gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact RSC within: 3 days of delivery
Return items back within: 7 days of contact
Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase
You can either request repayment or we'll happily replace the item. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, RSC can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food, herbs, salts, body products or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return and/or Replacement

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will pay shipping for a new product if you choose to have it replaced. 

Hardware

If for any reason your hardware breaks or appears damaged, we will happily do a repair at no charge to you. You just have to pay for shipping to get it to us, and we'll waive the shipping charge to reship out to you.
