Shipping policy
** FREE SHIPPING ** all free shipping is untracked and chosen at the buyer's discretion. Each item in my shop gives you the option of upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout for a few extra dollars. Untracked means you will not be able to see where it is when it is in transit, it could get lost or even stolen from your doorstep by a neighbor. If you would like to ensure it gets to you safely, I highly recommend tracked shipping.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order confirmation is separate from shipping time.
Please note that if you're ordering a custom item, it may take a longer processing time while we create your custom item. Each product will have it's separate note about processing times for you to reference when deciding on your purchase.
Most of the items in our shop are handmade, and we hope you can understand and have patience with us.
ATTENTION: due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, processing and shipping times might be slightly delayed due to circumstances out of our control. Please rest assured that your item will be treated with the care and attention needed to get it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for supporting our small business.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 30 miles of Nashville, TN. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 2-5 on Saturdays unless a holiday weekend. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, UK, & Australia.
If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of those. If you have a custom request, please contact us to arrange international shipment.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ravenback Supply Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ravenbacksupplyco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. As/If you are a P.O. Box owner, please be aware this may impact arrival and edit your shipping information accordingly.
