- While stirring the herbs, visualize what needs to be cleansed from your space and energy. 
- Let the herbs continue to low-boil in the pot. When water runs low, add more. 
- Discard your herbs the day after or when they begin to decompose and look like swamp water.

SHELF LIFE: Use within 2-3 days of it arriving. The herbs are all natural and the fruit is dehydrated but molding can occur.
